1. Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.📦

Shipping Rates & Delivery🚚

• Local (South Africa): Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Regional or Outlying Areas: Please allow 5–7 business days.

 • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.

We use trusted local couriers to ensure your products arrive safely.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages:⚠️

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please email us at info@kforkurls.com within 1 day of delivery. Include your order number and photos and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
