K for Kurls is proudly homegrown in South Africa, inspired by nature and created for Type 3 & 4 curls.

💚2.  Are your products handmade?

Yes! Each product is crafted in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency.

☔3. Are your products suitable for all hair types?

Our products are specially designed for Type 3 and Type 4 hair textures — curly, coily, and kinky — but anyone who loves natural, nourishing ingredients can use them.

🌿4. Do your products contain silicones or sulfates?

No. All K for Kurls products are free from silicones, sulfates, parabens, and harsh chemicals. It's all natural! 

⏰5. How long will it take to see hair growth results?

Consistency is key! With regular use and a healthy routine, most users notice improved hydration, strength, and growth within 4–6 weeks. 

🚚 6. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in South Africa. Delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on your location.

🏧 7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayFast (for debit/credit cards, Instant EFT, and SnapScan), and manual EFT for local orders. 

ℹ️8. Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of haircare products, we cannot accept returns once opened. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us at kforkurls@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

🌧️9. Are your products safe for children?

Yes,  our products use gentle, natural ingredients, safe for kids over 3 years old. Always patch-test first if unsure. 

🛍️10. How should I store my products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Since we use natural ingredients, store properly to maintain freshness.
